We have been experiencing issues where occasionally, an external email is received to multiple internal recipients and certain users never receive the email.
From the Domino log I can see that it successfully arrived at their inbox, but searching all documents from the user's mailbox yields no results. I also confirmed with the users whether they inadvertently deleted the email or if it went to junk, but in all cases they were positive its not the case.
Is there anything else I should be checking? I find it hard to believe that mails are just dropped randomly from the database.
